P.E Week 8
For P.E this week, try making an obstacle course in the garden, in a park or at the beach with your P1.
Don't buy any new equipment, try to use items from the garden or home to practice balancing, running, hopping, jumping, and catching.
Here's a few ideas!
You could also use chalk to create one too.
Shapes or symbols could represent specific actions, e.g. jump between the triangles, or hop between the circles, great practise for listening to and following instructions. As an incentive, use a toy or teddy that needs rescued to put at the end of the obstacle course. Have fun!
